Todays card is made by Bonnie Grabau of Spring Valley. Bonnie used background papers, and layered with four layers of papers. on the fourth layer she stamped the verse. Finishing touches were a ribbon and a little stickles glitter glue on the flowers to make them stand out a little. You could use this technique for any occation card.
